Homes By Design has been in business since 2001 and has over 25 years of experience designing custom homes.

Brenda Spaeth, the owner of Homes By Design, grew up right here in the Fox Valley. In 1990, Brenda graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.

After graduation, she started her design career with a local custom home designer. In 2001 Brenda started Homes By Design. She prides herself in listening to your wants and needs, providing you with a beautiful custom home.

We understand that no two homes are the same. That is why every home is a customer home. At Home by Design, we understand that a custom home is difficult to envision so we provide plenty of interior and exterior 3D views along with a 3D viewer link to be able to walk through your home before it is built.
